Structural Elastomeric Products, Inc. (SEPI) believes the best approach to getting E•las•tek products to market is through an authorized dealer network. A potential authorized E•las•tek dealer is a company or individual who services/supplies residential or commercial roofing clients.

Becoming an authorized dealer of E•las•tek’s extensive range of roofcoating products and supplies will empower you to provide a better match to your customer’s needs. All E•las•tek products are manufactured to exact specifications. The result is the highest quality roofing products designed to deliver optimum performance—specifically formulated locally for use in the southwest desert climate. E•las•tek offers one of the most comprehensive dealer programs in the industry. From products to support, E•las•tek provides all the tools an authorized dealer needs to reach optimum sales and profit targets.

Marketing & Sales

Authorized E•las•tek dealer marketing information and sales are supported with an advertising support plan and participation in regional and local tradeshows. Banners, a complete range of product information sheets, MSDS, roofing articles, and instructional bulletins round out the tools we provide to support your efforts. Our proactive electronic media, advertising plan, and public relations program provide high visibility for our dealers. Dealers are further supported by E•las•tek publicity in major publications, product announcements, feature news stories, its own website, yellow page advertising, and direct-mail programs.

Authorized dealers are granted use of the trademarked E•las•tek logo in advertising efforts in adherence to established company guidelines. Authorized E•las•tek dealers will receive an attractive display plaque indicating this status.

E•las•tek depends on its authorized dealers to:

  1. Maintain and uphold the credibility of E•las•tek products’ quality
  2. Assure proper storage of products in an adverse weatherprotected area
  3. Rotate stock routinely by SEPI/E•las•tek guidelines
  4. Convey proper and specific product selection and application instructions to its buyer(s)

Only coatings distributed through authorized dealers qualify for written E•las•tek Service Life Warranties, based on application approval by E•las•tek. The Service Life Warranty packages will be detailed in a separate training module to key authorized dealer personnel.

Technical Training

Dealer sales staff will receive training on the E•las•tek product line, product capabilities, and application techniques on a bi-annual basis, or more frequently as necessary. Comprehensive and advanced technical training may be conducted at our headquarters (3700 S. Palo Verde Road, Tucson) and/or onsite at your location. Formal training is backed by expert technical telephone support on all E•las•tek products and application issues.

Customer Support

E•las•tek’s dedicated sales and technical representatives work directly with authorized dealer personnel to build success. Initially, the field sales representative will work with authorized dealers to develop the list of personnel requiring training and to establish the training timetable. Dealers will be asked to develop a marketing plan to be used in generating E•las•tek product sales. As always, E•las•tek support staff will be available by telephone and via Internet to help organize your marketing/sales program and provide ongoing sales training.
