E•las•tek #103 Crack & Joint Sealant is a thick, white, long-lasting elastomeric sealant that won’t dry out or crack. A true multi-purpose patching compound which works well with roofing, masonry, metal, plastic, and wood substrates. Formulated to provide superior waterproof sealing performance under harsh weather conditions.
About Crack & Joint Sealant #103:
- An elastomeric sealant with outstanding strength and elongation properties that allow it to expand and contract with substrates, thereby maintaining a constant seal. Outperforms most asphalt-based patching compounds. Will not crack or stain topcoats.
- Strength and bonding power allow this product to be used as an adhesive in many applications. This sealant is compatible with all E·las·tek roofing products.
- A thick, trowel-grade coating that will not sag on vertical surfaces. Ideal for filling holes, gaps, seams, joints, and cracks in a wide variety of above-grade substrates. It is ideal for repairing foam roofs, pitched roofs, trailer roofs, flat roofs, and parapets. This product is also perfect for repairing all types of masonry surfaces, and most metal and wood surfaces.
